My name is McLane Hansen, and I am the Owner of Recruiting Coach and Director of Player Development. We are excited about the upcoming season with the Raiders!

If you have not yet set up your Recruiting Coach profile, please visit www.recruitingcoach.com/bb and create your FREE player profile. Every Raiders Baseball player receives our full Recruiting Coach service as part of being a member of our organization.

Your Recruiting Coach profile serves as a one-stop resource for college coaches, recruiters, and scouts to evaluate you throughout the recruiting process. Your profile will also be added to the Raiders Recruiting Coach database, where we will actively promote and share your information with college coaches and scouts.

To maximize your recruiting opportunities, we highly recommend the following:

• →Create a recruiting Twitter/X account that is easy for college coaches to find. A good format is @YourNameGradYear (Example: @RaiderBaseball2028).
• →Create a recruiting-only email address using a similar format, such as [email protected] (Example: [email protected]).

Using your name and graduation year makes it much easier for college coaches to locate you and immediately identify your graduating class.

Once you have created your profile, please email us at [email protected]. We will help you build, update, and maximize your profile so college coaches always have the most current and accurate information available.
